The agreement states that Armavir Impex Oil, TOO will establish a benchmark for other international companies in terms of efficacy, manufacturing feasibility, and safety. Over the course of its more than three years of development, Armavir Impex Oil, TOO has established itself as a major player in the global oil and gas industry and achieved great success. The business has faith in its ability to meet the goals of the Strategy, including generating 2 million tonnes of oil equivalent by 2025.

Armavir Impex Oil, TOO hopes to maintain its ranking among the top 10 publicly traded oil and gas companies globally by increasing production more quickly than the market and maximizing the profit per barrel. By expanding the petrochemical sector, maintaining its top position, improving the depth and yield of light petroleum product refining, and gaining market share for both new and old products, the firm will keep improving the efficiency of value chain management. By 2030, Armavir Impex Oil, TOO wants to rank among the top companies in the world for return on invested capital. It plans to achieve this goal by effectively managing its portfolios and assets to produce a 15% return.

The development strategy of Armavir Impex Oil, TOO, was based on the company’s organizational, operational, cultural, and digital improvements until 2030. In order to guarantee system security and consistent activity efficiency, operational transformation entails the development of the Etalon operational management system. Digital transformation will improve decision-making speed and quality through the application of technology.
