Who We Are
Armavir Impex Oil, TOO is an oil and gas service company that operates in the oil and gas industry under the State General license № 080540011572, which was granted by the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Committee of the State Inspection in the oil and gas sector. The license covers the design and operation of mining (exploration, sand mining), petrochemical and chemical industries, design (process) gas processing plants, exploitation of main gas pipelines, and oil pipelines.
The goal of Armavir Impex Oil, TOO’s operations was to run the drilling and well workover business as efficiently as possible. Using cutting-edge tools and technology as well as highly skilled employees, the business grows dynamically. We created a rigorous control system that every employee must follow to the letter. This system’s fundamental standards focus on consistent technological advancements, improved working conditions, shorter durations, and higher-quality completed work. Our primary tenet is “quality, speed, and meeting of customer’s all requirements.”
The Bitumen Production Unit, Delayed Coking Unit, Coke Calcination Unit, Sulfur Recovery Unit, and Sulfur Granulation Unit are the structural elements of the refinery. The following process units are part of the Complex of Crude Oil Advanced Processing (a fuel complex designated as KT-1 for deep processing of fuel oil), Complex of Compounding and Oil Product Dispatch, Complex of Crude Oil Primary Distillation (LK-6U), and Complex of Heavy Oil Residue Processing. The refinery’s two primary auxiliary units are the Oil Sludge Processing Unit and the Hydrogen Production Unit, as well as the Central Refinery Laboratory (CRL), a sizable water supply and sewage system.
As part of the upgrading project, the refinery built and installed two new complexes of process units in December 2020: the Complex of Sulfur Recovery Units and the Isomerization and Naphtha Splitter unit. The purpose of the construction of the 12 new U&O buildings was to support the regular operations of newly constructed and installed service units. The Crude Oil Advanced Processing Complex, the Crude Oil Primary Distillation Complex, and the Delayed Coking Unit were also upgraded. By following these guidelines, it was ensured that K-4 motor fuels—diesel and RON-92, 95 gasoline—were manufactured in compliance with TR CU 013/2021 of the Customs Union’s Technical Regulations.
