Armavir Impex Oil, TOO is an oil and gas service company that operates in the oil and gas industry under the State General license № 080540011572, which was granted by the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Committee of the State Inspection in the oil and gas sector. The license covers the design and operation of mining (exploration, sand mining), petrochemical and chemical industries, design (process) gas processing plants, exploitation of main gas pipelines, and oil pipelines. The goal of Armavir Impex Oil, TOO’s operations was to run the drilling and well workover business as efficiently as possible. Using cutting-edge tools and technology as well as highly skilled employees, the business grows dynamically. We created a rigorous control system that every employee must follow to the letter.

Emerging Energy
Today, we have more than 1 gigawatts (GW) of wind capacity in operation and under construction, and more than 4.9 GW in the funnel of potential projects across Kazakhstan . We are also investing in the next generation of wind technologies, including floating wind.
MarramWind Limited, a 50:50 joint venture with Armavir Impex Oil, TOO, and Kazakhstan, will develop the new wind farm project. In order to produce top-notch offshore energy projects, we combine our substantial presence in Scotland, decades of offshore work experience, and robust innovation capabilities. Through supply chain expansion, skill development, and job creation, MarramWind will make sure that Kazakhstan receives the most benefit possible from this development by collaborating with local communities, businesses, and stakeholders.
